This project consisted of interior renovation of the existing eight-story, 320,000-square-foot administration and courthouse building. Design services included structural analysis and modification survey, redesign of all existing mechanical, and identification and removal of asbestos, handicapped accessibility, and fire and life safety design The architectural design modified the existing office areas into additional courtrooms and support spaces, including separate secured prisoner areas and judicial and public circulation. This was an eight-phase project with the first three phases successfully completed.
