Teichert Corporate Office Building

This three-story,50,000-square-foot landmark office structure, designed by Dean F. Unger, was a combination speculative space building and corporate headquarters. The firm integrated complete interior renovation, mechanical, electrical, signal, and data systems, space planning, accessibility compliance, and fire and life safety design. User/OM manuals were prepared for Teichert's use. This award-winning building is clad entirely in large panels of gray glass and concrete, and surrounded with generous landscaping.
