This CVC AIA award-winning building is a three-story, 60,000-square-foot structure designed to blend with adjacent architecture. The Unger Team worked with County Staff to provide the space requirements for the County Administrator, the Board of Supervisors, the Treasurer, the Appraiser, the County Clerk and additional agencies all surrounding a three-story atrium which has become an activity center for various private and public functions.
